The Salted Tuna is a product obtained from fresh bluefin tuna from the Mediterranean Sea.
After being processed with salt, it is subjected to seasoning using special structures, capable of reproducing ideal microclimates for the transformation of the product.
Salted Tuna – instructions for use
The flavor of Salted Tuna is very enveloping and strong.
It can be used as an appetizer, cut into small cubes (if necessary, it can be previously desalted in running water), it can also be combined with a tomato and cucumber salad.
