170 g Linguine
150g Ventresca
to taste extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic
salt to taste
Parsley
Basil
thyme
to taste Chili pepper
1/3 Onion
METHOD
First, let's cook the linguine in plenty of salted water.
In the meantime, put a drizzle of oil, a clove of garlic, 1/3 finely chopped onion, a pinch of salt and a little chilli pepper cut into pieces in a pan (the quantity of chilli pepper depends on how daring you are... ) and let it fry.
Add a little chopped parsley, 3 basil leaves and a sprig of thyme to the sauce.
After a few seconds, pour a ladle of cooking water into the pan and the tuna belly previously drained and cut into pieces.
Drain the pasta al dente and sauté it in the pan until the end of cooking.
We are ready to serve our first simple, quick and tasty first course!
