THE PRODUCTION SITE

The factory where Mare Puro products are made is located in Custonaci , province of Trapani, in the Corvo Pignatello snc district. The surface area of ​​approximately 1700m2 is divided into three macro areas:

The storage area, where we can store up to 80 tons of fresh or frozen raw materials inside temperature-controlled cold rooms

The processing and packaging area where the product processing phases are entirely carried out by hand by adequately trained operators who follow the artisan working methodology by applying modern quality standards. In 2022 alone, over 190,000 kg and 250,000 pieces of Mare Puro products were produced and packaged
