The flavour of Red Tuna Bottarga is intense, with a soft consistency.
It's a delicious product which is enjoyed in a simple and natural way, cutting it into thin slices with extra virgin olive oil and accompanied with some good homemade bread.
Red Tuna Bottarga is also an excellent condiment for first courses.
