Smoked Tuna and Swordfish have a delicate and soft flavor on the palate, tasty and natural . The use of pure sea salt and slow smoking make them ideal products as appetizers , but also as refined second courses , accompanied by only extra virgin olive oil, capable of enhancing the flavor.
