Swordfish Bresaola Whole Slice

Bresaola is made from the finest swordfish fillet, hand-salted and cured. In addition to its fresh, delicate, and slightly salty flavor, it has a soft texture. It can be served on its own with a drizzle of olive oil and a few drops/zest of lemon, or as an addition to a salad or grilled vegetables and mozzarella.
