The Tuna Bottarga is expertly hand-worked by ourΒ Master Salters , who bring the product to life starting from the processing with saltΒ and from the curing of tuna eggs.

A similar procedure is used for Bottarga di Muggine, obtained by salting and seasoning the eggs of the Mugil Cephalus .

Bottarghe – how to use it

ThereΒ Tuna BottargaΒ and theΒ Mullet BottargaΒ they have a delicate and soft flavour on the palate.

They are premium products, best served as appetizers, thinly sliced and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. They are also excellent as a condiment for first courses.
