Tuna Porchetta
Its white, pinkish flesh is tinged with the brown hue of the spices it's prepared with. It's the spices, especially Mediterranean ones, that give it its distinctive, savory flavor. Traditionally served cold, cubed or sliced, as an aperitif, Porchetta di Tonno lends itself to many different preparations: it can be eaten as a main course, but is especially appreciated as the main ingredient in a succulent sandwich.
